This video will guide you through the steps to uninstall FileMaker Server. You may be required to uninstall FileMaker Server if you are changing server hardware or upgrading to a newer version of FileMaker Server.

In this video you will learn how to uninstall FileMaker Server.

You may be required to uninstall FileMaker Server if you are changing server hardware or upgrading to a newer version of FileMaker Server.

Locate the installer for the current version of FileMaker Server.

In the installer folder and delete the file titled Assisted Install. This file automates the installation of the server, by removing it you can resume control of the installer package and set the options to uninstall.

Launch the installer and follow the prompts to continue.

From the installation type select uninstall, click next and confirm.

When the process is complete restart the server.
