In some cases, you may want to include multiple cost options for different quantities of an item in your Estimate in order to give your client a choice.
To do this, from an Estimate Record go to the Line Items tab and enter in the multiple options as line items, for example 500 business cards at $150.00 and 1000 business cards at $250.00. For each item select from the Opt. drop-down list to assign each option a reference letter.
To preview the effect of including multiple cost options select the Estimate Options print layout from the drop down menu in the print dialogue.
