Adding Time via Jobs


Screen_Shot_2014-07-25_at_3.39.23_pm.pngAdding time and or expenses to a Job could not be easier, Simply open up the Job and navigate to the Time & Expenses tab as shown above. Within this area you will see all logged time to date. To begin adding time select the New Time / Expense button, doing so will bring up the Add Time dialog box. Once this box appears select the task field and choose one of the options from the drop down. 

You can enter in your time by selecting the time icon, click and drag from the commencement time to the end time, or you can also manually enter time by selecting the start and end time fields and type in the required times. 

Once you have done this enter in your description and press done to complete your time entry.
