Entering time though the job screen. If you are in the main job screen, click on the time and expenses tab, go to the bottom left of the screen, Click on the New Time/Expense Tab. An add time box will appear in the middle of the screen. Click on the various sections of the box to select, user name, rate, task, date, uncheck the billable box if you are not going to pass the cost to your client.
Time can be entered as a start and finish time, by mousing over the time range of entering a specific period of time as hours and minutes. You can also provide a more detailed description and or edit the task in the description box.
